Maria Pallier es directora de Metrópolis, programa semanal sobre arte actual que se emite en La 2 de Televisión Española y de cuyo equipo de redacción forma parte desde 1995. Combina esta función con actividades free lance de comisaria, conferenciante, autora y jurado en eventos nacionales e internacionales. Entre 1997 y 1999 fue miembro del Comité Asesor y comisaria de videoarte de Arco Electrónico y en 1995 produjo y dirigió en Bilbao Ciberría (Simposio Internacional de Arte Electrónico). De 1990 a 1995 dirigió la agencia Trimarán arts promotion, dedicada a la distribución y organización de eventos relacionados con el videoarte, el cine experimental y el arte inter-media.

Maria Pallier is the director of Metrópolis, the programme on the art of today that is broadcast weekly by La 2 of Spanish Public Television. She has been part of the program's editorial staff since 1995. She combines this activity with freelance work as curator, lecturer, author and jury member at national and international events. From 1997 to 1999 she was both a member of the advisory board and the video art curator of Arco Electrónico and in 1995 she produced and directed Ciberría (International Symposium of Electronic Art) in Bilbao. From 1990 to 1995 she directed the Trimarán arts promotion agency which is dedicated to distribution and the organisation of events related to video art, experimental film and inter-media art.

Profesor Titular en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Información de Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ha sido Profesor Invitado en la Escuela Internacional de Ciney Televisión de San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba) de 1991 a 1994. Como historiador y teórico cinematográfico ha publicado numerosos artículos en revistas especializadas y libros colectivos. Cuenta con una dilatada experiencia en el campo audiovisual como realizador y guionista de publicidad, cine y televisión. En el 2000 escribe y dirige el cortometraje Mi patio, Premio Luis Buñuel de Cinematografía 2001, otorgado por el Ayuntamiento de Madrid. En el 2002 escribe y dirige el documental Mar Madrid, nominado al Mejor corto documental en los Premios Goya 2002. Actualmente ha presentado un largometraje documental sobre la memoria histórica del franquismo a través del noticiario NO-DO.

Rafael Rodríguez Tranche is full professor at the Faculty of Information Sciences at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He was guest professor at the International Film and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba) from 1991 to 1994. As film historian and theorist he has published numerous articles in specialised journals and has chapters for collective books. Tranche has a great deal of experience in the audiovisual field, specifically as the producer and writer of advertising, film and television projects. In 2000 he wrote and directed the short film Mi patio, which won the 2001 Luis Buñuel Cinematography Prize, awarded by the City Council of Madrid. In 2002 he wrote and directed the documentary Mar Madrid, which was nominated for the Best Short Documentary Goya Award in 2002. He recently presented a feature-length documentary about the historical memory of the Franco period as seen through the regime's official news service, NO-DO.

Desde los años 80 realiza más de un centenar de anuncios publicitarios, que incluyen un León de Plata en el Festival de Cannes de 1997 por la campaña internacional de Ray-Ban, y 27 clips musicales para importantes cantantes nacionales como Alejandro Sanz , Antonio Vega, Manolo Tena o Tam Tam Go.  Para su productora Isis Films escribió, y dirigió los cortometrajes Embrujada (1983) y Lobo hombre en París (1984). Ambos reciben numerosos galardones, entre ellos el primer premio del Festival de Alcalá de Henares por dos años consecutivos.
En 1985 debuta a los 24 años en la dirección de largometraje con En penumbra, protagonizada por Amparo Muñoz y Miguel Bosé. La película se proyecta en las secciones oficiales de los Festivales de Berlín y de Cine Homosexual de Tyneside (Reino Unido) y obtiene el Premio de Especial Calidad del Ministerio de Cultura. Sus guiones más recientes son “La reina de las nieves”, “Up into the apple tree”, “Shooting stars” (“Estrellas fugaces”) y “Pinocho nunca duerme”. Su compañía Corazón Films tiene sede en Madrid y Granada. Es también miembro fundador de La III República Producciones Audiovisuales. En la actualidad reside en Saidía (Marruecos) a orillas del Mediterraneo en la periferia de Europa, y coordina el Port-Say Project.

Lozano Trujillo, José Luis. Producer, director, scriptwriter and actor from Granada.

Since the 1980s José Luis Lozano Trujillo has made over a hundred advertising spots, among them the international Ray-Ban campaign, which won a Silver Lion at the 1997 Festival of Cannes, and 27 musical clips for important Spanish singers such as Alejandro Sanz, Antonio Vega, Manolo Tena and Tam Tam Go.  He wrote and directed the short films Embrujada (1983) and Lobo hombre en París (1984) for his production company Isis Films. Both received numerous awards, including first prize at the Festival of Alcalá de Henares two years in a row.
In 1985, at the age of 24 he made his debut in the directing of feature films, with En penumbra, starring Amparo Muñoz and Miguel Bosé. The film was included in the official selections of the Festival of Berlin and the Gay Film Festival at Tyneside (United Kingdom). It received the Special Quality Prize from the Ministry of Culture. His most recent scripts are “La reina de las nieves,” “Up into the apple tree,” “Shooting stars” and “Pinocho nunca duerme.” His company Corazón Films has offices in Madrid and Granada. He is also a founding member of La III República Producciones Audiovisuales. He currently resides in Saidía (Morocco), on the shores of the Mediterranean sea and on the periphery of Europe. He co-ordinates the Port-Say Project.

Marco Della Coletta es un realizador italo-holandés afincado en Amsterdam y miembro fundador de Godmother Films.
Después de estudiar artes visuales en Venecia y Madrid, se trasladó a Roma donde creó, junto a otros activistas, un canal televisivo pirata pensado para combatir el monopolio mediático de Berlusconi. Unos años mas tarde escapó a los Países Bajos, donde se declaró refugiado de los medios. Su objetivo principal como realizador es crear contenido audiovisual innovador, divertido y socialmente comprometido, para así ayudar a crear un mundo mejor.

After studying visual arts in Venice and Madrid, he moved to Rome where, together with other activists he created a pirate tv station to fight Berlusconi's media monopoly. A few years later he escaped to The Netherlands, where he declared himself media refugee. His main goal as a filmmaker is to create cutting edge, fun and socially relevant audiovisual content to help make this world a better place 

Juanma Sánchez es el fundador y director del estudio de animación granadino Genoma Animation, creado en el año 2000. Lleva unos 15 años trabajando en el sector de la animación digital, realizando y dirigiendo proyectos, y también programando e impartiendo cursos y conferencias relacionadas con este campo. Su trabajo más relevante hasta la fecha ha sido como creador, productor y director de la serie de animación Suckers (2010) emitida por Disney XD a nivel internacional.

Juanma Sánchez is the founder and director of the animation studio Genoma Animation, created in 2000 in Granada. He has been working in the sector of digital animation for about 15 years, as filmmaker and director, and has also organised and taught courses and given lectures on a range of topics in this field. His most important work to date is the animation series Suckers (2010), which he created, produced and directed. The series was broadcast internationally by Disney XD.

José Luis Farias es fundador de la productora audiovisual Paramotion Films, productora dedicada al cine de animación, la organización de eventos, la postproducción digital y al cine publicitario, desde el año 2002. Actualmente, es director y creador del Mercado Internacional de Animación, 3D y Videojuegos 3D WIRE y ha sido jurado en diversos festivales internacionales como Cryptshow Festival 2009; Festival Internacional del Cortometraje de Animación de Roanne, Francia 2010; Mecal Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Barcelona, 2011; Animabasauri 2011, festival internacional de cine de animación de Basauri - Bizkaia y ponente en el Primer Encuentro Internacional de Mercados del Cortometraje ACORCH, Chile 2010.

José Luis Farias is the founder of the audiovisual production company Paramotion Films, which has been dedicated to animated film, event organisation, digital post-production and advertisement film since 2002. He is currently the creator and director of 3D WIRE International Animation, 3D and Videogames Market. He has been a member of the jury at various international festivals such as Cryptshow Festival 2009; the Festival International de Court-metrage d'Animation de Roanne, France, in 2010; Mecal (International Short Film Festival of Barcelona), in 2011; Animabasauri 2011 (International Animated Film Festival of Basauri-Bizkaia). He was also a speaker at the First International Conference of Short Film Markets, ACORCH, held in Chile in 2010.

Licenciado en Comunicación Audiovisual por la Universidad de Málaga y Master en Artes Visuales y Educación por la Universidad de Granada, es profesor de Fundamentos y Análisis de la Comunicación Audiovisual en ESCO, Escuela Superior de Comunicación y Empresa, desde su fundación en 2001.
Trabaja en la Obra Social de CajaGRANADA, entidad en la que ha desarrollado diferentes funciones vinculadas al ámbito de la comunicación y publicidad institucional, colaborando actualmente en la programación cinematográfica del Centro Cultural CajaGRANADA Memoria de Andalucía.

Rafael Marfil Carmona obtained an undergraduate degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Málaga and a Master's in Visual Arts and Education from the University of Granada. He has taught Audiovisual Communication Fundamentals and Analysis at Granada's School of Communication and Entrepreneurism since it was founded in 2001.
He also works in the social-economic projects department of CajaGRANADA, where he has carried out different functions associated with institutional communication and publicity. He is currently collaborating in the programming of film series at the CajaGRANADA Cultural Center -Memoria de Andalucía.

 Domingo Sánchez-Mesa Martinez es catedrático en Teoría de la Literatura y Literatura Comparada de la UGR(Universidad de Granada) y coordinador de los estudios en Comunicación Audiovisual de la misma. Entre sus líneas de investigación y publicaciones se encuentran las relaciones entre la literatura,  el cine y los nuevos medios (videojuegos), la adaptación fí¬lmica o la representación de la inmigración en la literatura y el cine español recientes (dirige un proyecto de acción social del CICODE-La Caixa). Es profesor invitado en posgrados de las universidades de Barcelona (UAB), Santiago de Compostela, Carlos III o Sevilla.

  Domingo Sánchez-Mesa Martinez teaches Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature at the University of Granada and is also the co-ordinator of the Audiovisual Communication Studies program there. His research interests and areas of publication include the relationships between literature, film and the new media (videogames), film adaptation and the representation of immigration in recent Spanish literature and film (he leads a social action/co-operation project sponsored by CICODE-La Caixa). He is guest professor at graduate programs offered by universities in Barcelona (UAB), Santiago de Compostela, Carlos III and Sevilla.

Fátima Ruiz es Directora Territorial de Canal Sur en Granada desde hace 3 años, lleva 10 vinculada a la RTVA donde ha trabajado con Jesús Quintero, en el magazín de la mañana o en los servicios informativos de la cadena antes de asumir su puesto actual. Licenciada en Periodismo por la Universidad de Sevilla realiza actualmente estudios de postgrado en la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociología de Granada, licenciatura que cursó anteriormente. En este momento prepara su tesis y es alumna del Executive MBA de la Escuela Internacional de Gerencia.
Ha sido jurado del FIJR las últimas tres ediciones así como de otros festivales de cine (Cines del Sur y Tikinó).

Fátima Ruiz has been working for Canal Sur television (part of  RTVA, the Andalusian Radio and Television Network) for three years, as Territorial Director in Granada, although she has been associated with RTVA for 10 years. She worked with Jesús Quintero on the morning program and on the news services before taking on her current position. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Seville and another from the Department of Political Science and Sociology at the University of Granada. She is now a graduate student, working on her dissertation, in the same department, and is also a student of the Executive MBA program at the International School of Management here in Granada.
She has been a member of the jury in the last three editions of FIJR and also at other film festivals (Cines del Sur and Tikinó).
